Dear Theo, I cannot help it that my paintings do not sell. Nevertheless the time will come when people will see that they are worth more than the price of the paint. I dream my painting, and then I paint my dream. There is a fire within me that I cannot put out; I have no choice but to fan it. What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?
